After forty-four years of continuous execution of their original vision, Chris Abbey has stepped in to carry on Wellman & Zuck’s construction legacy. With an expertise in Commercial, Mixed use and affordable housing projects, Wellman & Zuck is poised for another 44 years of producing beautifully crafted buildings.

Brian Wellman
Brian founded Wellman & Zuck 45 years ago with business partner George Zuck. Brian has completed many notable projects in Whatcom County and is highly experienced all building construction types from complicated concrete foundations and podiums, to wood and timber frame, to structural steel. Brian, Founder Emeritus, has a deep rooted passion for rowing and skiing having been born & raised in Bellingham.
